Addilyn Care Services is based in Dagenham, Essex. We are a 24-hour health & social care workforce provider focused on providing skilled healthcare professionals throughout Greater London and the South East of England.

With fully qualified and experienced staff, our team can provide professional recruitment services, designed to be dependable and cost-effective, therefore enabling clients to recruit high-quality candidates at low cost.

We recognise in the current challenging times in healthcare, which is why we understand the need to deliver cost-effective staffing solutions whilst maintaining quality and performance. We ensure that all our staff receives tailored training and development.

We work closely with our NHS foundation trusts and Private Clients and can respond at short notice with skilled nurses and dedicated care workers of all grades and qualifications.

We provide nurses and care workers temporary or permanent to cover staff shortages within our NHS trust foundations hospitals, Residentials, Nursing homes and private clients in Greater London including Newham, Waltham Forest, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Barking & Dagenham, Romford, Redbridge as well as Essex and South East of England.

All staff members are DBS checked, and we ensure that staff members are suitable to meet your needs. All staff members have satisfactory references from previous employers, and they have at least an NVQ in care.

Our staff members are assessed regularly and are provided with on-going training to ensure their skills and working practices are up to date. The idea for Addilyn Care Services was born out of personal experience of the care sector and the people who work within it.

Addilyn Care Services is a family run company, and family is at the absolute core of what we do. Everyone is somebody’s mother, father, son or daughter, and we treat all of our clients and their family members as if they were our own. It’s this approach that sets us apart. One of our directors, Mr Saleh, gave up his legal career to care for his loved ones, and understands well what it takes and means to be a care giver. We believe you should feel at home with the people who are supporting you or your loved ones, and that’s why we settle for nothing less than a service that is Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective and Well led because that’s what we’d expect for our own loved ones, and it’s what you deserve.

We provide service to the Local Authorities, NHS Primary Care Trusts, and Private Service Users. Our office is based at Suite116 Estuary House, Dagenham, Essex, RM10 9AB. Our office opening hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm. We also have an out of hour’s service operating from 5.00pm to 8.30am.

All the new comers go through very strict checks such as criminal records and work history before being offered a position with us. Upon starting, they are taken through our thorough induction process and receive comprehensive training delivered by a Skills for Care endorsed training provider. We conduct regular supervisions and observations as well as continued training to ensure our team members are always developing their skills and knowledge and providing a first-class service at every opportunity. If you have particular needs which require specialist training, we can work with you to ensure our team have the knowledge and skills required to deliver your care safely, respectfully, and in the way you choose.

Addilyn Care Services management team is always available to listen to your views and support you during your decision making process. We can visit you or your family at home or you can call in to the office for a warm drink and an informal chat. We will be open and transparent with you about your care and treatment. Should something go wrong, we will tell you what has happened, provide support and apologise.

Team Addilyn is headed by Ms Ruriko Mubago who has a wealthy of knowledge and experience gained managing and delivering services within health and social care industry for over 17 years. Ruriko has very high standards regarding the quality of care and is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.

Ruriko says “It is crucial to me that the people we support are encouraged and supported to make decisions, based on informed choices, treated with compassion, ultimate respect while being motivated and encouraged to achieve their full potential and maintain their independence. People should feel valued and be part of their local community by being able to live within their own home and with the appropriate level of support”.

Ruriko, decided to join the team of Directors at Addilyn Care Services so that she could directly influence the standard and quality of service offered to our clients by ensuring that it meets the fundamental standards laid out by the CQC and have enough suitably qualified, competent and experienced staff to make sure they can meet these standards.

Addilyn Care Services employ staff directly, assigning them to care for a number of services each day as well as live-in carers that live in service users homes, 24 hours a day. We provide private and social services service users within the North and East of London boroughs including Barking & Dagenham, Newham, Redbridge, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Havering, Essex County and the surrounding area.

User Assessment/Risk Assessment
Prior to commencing your care package one of our Care Managers will carry out a visit to undertake a risk assessment. In an event of emergency situations a provisional assessment may be made prior to care commencing with a full assessment being completed shortly after.

Care Plans
We devise care plans that are tailored to meet individual needs and preferences. We involve the service users themselves, their relatives or individuals with Power of Attorney in creating personal centred care plan. Derived from our name “Addilyn” which translates to nobleness and kindness, we ensure that our staff feel comfortable and almost like family members. It is vital for us that everyone is treated with respect and dignity by making sure that privacy and fairness is maintained throughout.
