What happens next?

On our visit we will chat with you regarding your individual care needs. We will establish what you wish to gain from our service and agree a plan with you. If you wish to go ahead with our services, we will:

• Visit you with an allocated carer to look in more detail at your care plan
• Assess your care needs and carry out an appropriate risk assessment - This is put in place for your safety and the safety of your care worker
• Agree the start date of your services

Addilyn Care Services quality assurance programs ensure we perform a number of care reviews from day one. We will stay in touch so we know you are happy with the service.

Complaints or Concerns

We operate an effective complaints policy. We listen to your complaints, treat them seriously, and learn from them so that we can continuously improve our service. This will be further explained by our manager upon her visit. It is designed so we always strive to maintain the best possible care service for yourself or your loved one.
